RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To make a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without us first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If so, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return procedure
You can return unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.
Packaging and condition of the goods
Pack the items well to avoid damage during transport. It is best to use the boxes and packaging materials we provide. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund you the full purchase price. Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.
Return costs
In the event of a return, the return costs are to be borne by the buyer. In this way, we hope to raise awareness of shipping methods and minimize the number of returns.

Please ensure that your return is sufficiently stamped. For unstamped and insufficiently stamped packages, DHL will deduct the surcharge of €15 from the return credit.
Refund
As soon as your return has been processed by us, you will receive a refund email from us. You will receive the refund for the returned items within 14 working days of receipt of the return via the payment method you used for your purchase.
Please note that the right to free additional products expires when returning an order above a certain minimum order value or quantity. In this case, the free product must also be returned, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct and retain the product value from the refund amount.
