RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (Legal) – 14 Days

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement to: contact@obastudios.com. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Unpaid or insufficiently paid returns may be deducted from your refund (e.g., a flat fee of €15 for DHL returns).

The item must be unused, undamaged, and preferably returned in its original packaging.

Voluntary Return Policy – 30 Days

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. The condition is that the item is in its original state – unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure your return is properly paid. Unpaid or insufficiently paid parcels may be refused or the additional charges (e.g., DHL surcharge) may be deducted from your refund.

Packaging & Condition

Please pack the items carefully – ideally in the original packaging – to avoid damage in transit. Only unused and undamaged items will be refunded in full.

Refunds

Once we have inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods to your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund after 15 working days, please contact us again.

Exclusions from the Return Policy

The following items are excluded from return:

• Custom-made and personalized items
• Hygiene products and cosmetics
• Gift cards
• Heavily discounted sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately – we’ll take care of it.

Free Gifts

Please note: If a return causes your order to fall below a required minimum order value or item count, any free gift received must also be returned. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free item from your refund.
