Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (OBAstudios, Barbara Jenner, Heinrich-Roller-Str. 9, 10405 Berlin, Germany, Email: contact@obastudios.com, Tel: +49 (0)1636344834) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer bears the return shipping costs. This policy helps raise awareness about shipping methods and encourages more mindful ordering.

Please ensure that returns are sufficiently franked. Returns with unpaid or insufficient postage may incur a €15 deduction from your refund due to DHL surcharges.

Packaging & Product Condition

Please pack items carefully to prevent damage in transit. Ideally, use the original packaging provided. Only unused items in original condition will be fully refunded. Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.

Additional Notes

If your order included free promotional items that are subject to a minimum order value, and your return drops the order below that threshold, the free item must also be returned. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free item from your refund.

If you refuse to accept delivery of your return package, we reserve the right to withhold the return shipping costs.
